Terrible! Terrible company. Don't do business with them.

So many things wrong with this company, I can't even list all of them! Not only do they coerce you into a contract, it is near impossible to get out even when your contact is suppose to be up. They don't follow through with their customer service responses, promises and then say you didn't contact them in time to cancel the contract. Seriously one of the WORST companies I have ever dealt with. They really should be out of business. The credit card processor that they use charges "hidden" fees, I saw "hidden" because apparently it is in some large and lengthly contract that it is not clearly defined. And my recent complaint (it continues even though I finally did get out of my contract with them - because my time was up), they gave me my 1099K form. Last year I had to request it mid March and they first said " oh you don't need it." They were so wrong. And this year, they sent me my 1099K form on March 27th! AND it is wrong!!! by $40k over the year and of course since the company sucks, they haven't gotten back to me and don't have the records available online for me to calculate and give to my CPA. Seriously these people suck!

Cancel subscription

Called a few months ago to cancel and get a refund. Was told that you do not give refunds so I said let it run till the subscription ends then cancel. Do not renew. Got a message in my spam mail about a approval of an amount of $120.43 for changing a 2 month to one month. Did not request that. Want my subscription cancelled as per my original request.

Beyond Awful

Called them for help with email problems. First time I called, about 8am Eastern on a Monday morning, I was told that it was too early, the MyTime service was not 24/7 and that they would get back to me in a couple of days. I called several times and wasted about 4 hours trying to get them to help but they refused. In the end I got an independent computer person to help me down the phone - it was a Windows update that had caused the problem. Second time I called with an email problem. Again, messed around for hours on the phone. Spent 15 minutes on hold with a 'specialist' trying resolve the issue that I had - unable to send or receive email on my PC. He was utterly clueless. I asked for a superviser so he put me on hold for 35 minutes. Three hours ofmy life that I wont get back. Again, reached out to another provider for help. Really a complete waste of money.

Am not sure whay kind of business mytime is I scheduled an appointment with them for a dempo they dont show up what?, I saw that my time is partners with Facebook that is why I contacted them , not sure why they would call me many times then not call or send an email I think I will stay with ,my booking system {{Redacted}}

Horrible, Waste of MYTIME

Rep Made promises with no follow through. set meetings with a rep and could never connect. contacted manager discussed issues was told they would have my rep contact me, he did and made excuses and said all his promises he were not something he could do and that I needed to purchase an upgrade. UM NO! Why would I.... Cancel Cancel Cancel.... no solution solving process, no customer service, mytime is a waste of mytime, I will not ever use this service ever. I do not recommend this application as there is no resolution in place to assist consumers and clients. The worse experience ever!

MY TIME SCHEDULER IS A SCAM!!!

First of all, MY TIME Scheduling Service promised to transfer all of my data and personal notes with their sophisticated software system, and guess what? They never did!!! This is a huge problem for me because my notes is the most important information that I need to provide better services to my 1050+ clients. To make it worse, they charged me $300 for this service, which they never provided. Plus $200 for two months of service. The other issue I have with them is regarding the payment. At that moment, I allowed a one-time charge to my personal account because I was still in the middle of setting up a new business account. However, they keep charging my personal account instead of my business account, even after I gave them the business account’s info and expressed my objection. I originally agreed to pay $100 per month for their service but since they could not provide the service that was promised, one nice employee took $50 off the bill. But,I cannot operate without my personal notes, so MY TIME is completely useless to me! I didn’t utilize their service, but they’re still conveniently charging me. They have collected a total of $1000+ from my pocket and will collect another $500+ because they said that it’s a breach of contract if I stop paying them. After 15 month they decided to charge an additional $34.99 on top of the $49.99. Now I am being charged $84.99? MY TIME has raised the price of my service? For a service I do not use, is this a breach of contract? MY TIME is a scam, and if you’re reading this then you should stay away from them!

I feel nothing but contempt every month I see the $100 leave my pocket.

In exchange for what? Literally a worthless user experience.

They put auto blocks on holidays so clients can't book. If you only use the app and not the computer you have no clue that people can't book online. You can't book couples with two staff members. They automatically cancel appointments and client lists and blame it on the merchant (me). They originally told me they were working on adding couples treatments and that it would be a couple months until I could have that option. I am a couples spa! I brought it up with them numerous times and here it is 8 months later and it doesn't matter that I needed it because I signed a two year contract that they didn't tell me about. I literally had no idea that they locked me into a two year agreement. So they have my money and ignore the needs of the client. They just say maybe you need more training. No you just need better developers. They won't let me out of my contract unless I pay them over a grand and if I don't pay them they will send me to collections and ruin my credit. I already signed up with a new booking system. BOOKER. They signed me a MONTH to MONTH agreement with a free clover device. Month to month because they know it works. I can book same day couples appointments with ease because it automatically books with two staff members that are available. I can now run my business efficiently. Go with BOOKER it's a way better option. And only $85 a month instead of $125 a month for two years of nothing. Guess I'll be paying $125 for another year and a half!! I hate you.

Small business success

I am a small business owner who decided to give MyTime a try using their free trial option. I decided to subscribe once I realized that I can focus all of my energy and attention on my clients instead of on administrative issues, like booking appointments, keeping track of clients, calling to remind people of upcoming and overdue appointments, and so on. I'm really happy with my decision after trying a few other software programs out there. All of them fell short in one area or another, but MyTime continues to improve. I discover new features almost every week! MyTime really does offer the most bang for your buck!

If you believe there's no way to get something off your website then you don't know anything about websites. You should NOT manage your own stuff if you don't know how to do so.

Webpages run on code just like anything else on the computer.

Even if the company was rogue you would still have a way to remove their stuff unless A: You have no access to your website code, or B: they locked you out of your websites backend. Considering the last is illegal and these guys are pretty open so I doubt that.

Glitchy platform at best

Not a fan of mytime - everything was extremely glitchy and customer support was awful. My cc was charged multiple times (more than the amount I was expecting to pay) before my service even happened. Then, when I contacted the service provider, they had no record of me even having an appointment. Had to go through Mytime support, and as mentioned before, was awful. They just kept on saying they would get back to me after they figured out what had happened, and I am still waiting for their response. Respecting users / customers should be the leaders' #1 priority, as it is pretty clear it is not right now.

I had mytime since 2015 they were emailing my clients 48 hours before their appt . Recently they changed it to 24 hours without even informing me . This last month they didn't email any appt reminder to my clients which cost me to have client no show . I called and they to me that it's not in my package . Which is *** cause they were in 2015 . Mytime Scheduler Review from Navarre, Florida

I cancelled an appointment with the business directly and ended up beinh charged 4 TIMES from mytime for cancelling the reservation, even though the business themselves werent going to charge me, so i ended up with an overdraft of $240.00 because of them. They have not replied to any contact ive made to have them reversed so thus i have to dispute the charges through my bank which takes days. Even after the owner of the business notified them of my cancel with no charge. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, STILL NO CONTACT FROM THEM AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT
